Abstract:		 Stratascan were commissioned by CGMS Consulting Ltd to undertake a geophysical survey of an area outlined for development. The geophysical survey undertaken over 3ha of land west of Orchard House, Houghton near St. Ives, Cambridgeshire has located a number of anomalies of possible archaeological origin. Cut features are evident in the form of positive linear and area anomalies. Areas of magnetic disturbance can be noted around the perimeter of the site.
