Abstract: |
An archaeological evaluation was undertaken on a green field site to the N of Stoneywood Terrace on the outskirts of Aberdeen. The primary purpose of the evaluation was to locate and identify evidence for the remains of the Aberdeenshire Canal and its towpath which was known to have run near the NW perimeter of the site. No evidence for the canal or towpath was found, and no other archaeological features were encountered during the evaluation. |
