Abstract: |
The evaluation produced evidence for a small number of post-medieval boundary ditches, which relate to back plot development. There was no evidence for the presence of Roman remains, which is surprising considering the proximity to the Fen Causeway. Observations of the trenches were extremely hindered by the high water table in all trenches. |
