Abstract:		 In March 2006 a watching brief was undertaken during the construction of a new parking area at 54 Mill Road, Thurleigh, Bedfordshire. A cobbled external farmyard surface was revealed during the fieldwork and no other remains were observed. The surface is modern and of marginal archaeological significance. It is unlikely that significant remains were present on the site and the archaeological impact of the development is deemed to have been negligible.
