Abstract:		 The evaluation work on this site failed to reveal any significant archaeological features, finds or deposits that indicated the presence of any substantial human archaeological activity occurring at the site prior to the 18th century. There were two pits containing post-medieval material and a brick built culvert structure, clearly 19th century in date.
