The abstract describing the content of the publication or report
Abstract:		 A Level 1 standing building survey has recorded the position and architectural character of two bridges. Knockmalloch Bridge is a single-arched bridge with granite voussoirs and parapet copings and quoins. The bridge crosses the Mill Burn that leads from Mill Loch. The Common Plantation bridge is a smaller single-arched bridge constructed of sandstone with granite quoins and parapet copings. The bridge crosses a small burn (Lily Burn) that leads to Mill Loch. Both bridges probably date to the early 19th century. Three other culverts were recorded. One was a box drain of probable 19th-century date and there were two pipe culverts of 20th-century date.
