Abstract: |
Building record of 19th-century military buildings at two of the first permanent barracks in Colchester. Le Cateau was formerly the Royal Artillery Barracks. Stable block A, the canteen and sergeants mess and the adult school were recorded. Stable block B was recorded in an earlier phase (OASIS 25973). Only the listed riding stables was recorded from the Cavalry Barracks. |
