Abstract:		 In February 2007 Oxford Archaeology carried out a field evaluation, followed by a Watching Brief in December 2007 at Box Vicarage, Wiltshire. The evaluation revealed the continuation of a previously encountered septic tank and deposits of post-medieval garden soil. The Watching Brief revealed evidence for a continuation of a known Romano-British villa and a post-medieval stone culvert associated with the Vicarage.
