Abstract: |
An archaeological watching brief was undertaken by Cotswold Archaeology during groundworks associated with the improvement of flood defences at the Coleham Head Flood Alleviation Scheme (FAS) Phase II, Wakeman School, Shrewsbury. Wall foundations, floors and other structures representing the remains of buildings dating to the 18th to 20th centuries were identified during groundworks. No artefactual material pre-dating the modern period was recovered. |
