Abstract:		 In February 2008 ASC Ltd carried out an archaeological evaluation of land to the rear of Church Farm, High Street, Pinner prior to the construction of five new houses. Three trial trenches were excavated, which contained a number of ditches and pits and a small assemblage of 18th and 19th century brick and tile fragments. No earlier features or artefacts were observed and it is unlikely that significant archaeological remains are present on the site.
