The abstract describing the content of the publication or report
Abstract:		 An archaeological excavation was carried out in two areas on land north of Blackdyke Close on RAF Feltwell, Norfolk. This work, along with the evaluation already completed, uncovered 6 pits that are thought to be prehistoric, at least one of which was Iron Age. A buried occupation soil, formed in a natural hollow, was also uncovered and contained Early Neolithic Mildenhall Ware and flint tools, as well as later Neolithic to Early Bronze Age and Iron Age pottery and animal bone. Further Mildenhall Ware, other prehistoric pottery and animal bone was also recovered in small quantities from several more contexts. A single, undated ditch was found in the first excavation area.
