Abstract:		 Three evaluation trenches were excavated, garden soil of 19th century date was present. A level 3 HBR record was conducted on the police station and its cells prior to refurbishment. Very few original fittings survived on the red brick, well -desined building. 15 gravestones in the adjacent churchyard were also recorded.
