Abstract: |
Archaeology South-East (ASE), a division of University College London Field Archaeology Unit (UCLFAU), were commissioned by John Cooper Associates on behalf of their client to undertake a programme of archaeological evaluation at Ockenden Manor Spa, Cuckfield, West Sussex, (centred NGR 530216, 124724). Eight trenches were excavated across the site, locating evidence for a medieval buried soil or spread, and several garden features of 19th century date |
