Abstract: |
Building record of 1844 British School (level 3) prior to conversion, plus level 2 record of accompanying 1958 school block and modern school block. The Victorian school retains its outward appearance but the interiors were lost when the schoolhouse became the school gym. The original building was linear with two classrooms (boys and girls) entered through lobbies at either end, the girls side slightly larger to hold a third, quite small classroom. None of the buildings were listed. |
