Abstract:		 A level 2 Building Survey of Goscote Hall, Goscote Hall Road, Birstall, Leicester was undertaken by the University of Leicester Archaeological services for LMP Consultants in May 2005, in advance of the proposed conversion and alteration to residential accommodation. The building is Grade II listed. This survey was required in accordance with the provision of Planning Policy guidance note 15 (PPG 15). The archive will be deposited with Leicestershire County Council
