Abstract The abstract describing the content of the publication or report Abstract:	An archaeological fieldwalking survey and evaluation by trial trenching was carried out on land at 15, Seaton Road, Uppingham, Rutland (SP 874 994) between the 23rd and the 28th March 2007. This work was carried out on behalf of the Longhurst Group by University of Leicester Archaeological Services (ULAS). No archaeological finds or deposits were observed during this work indicating that the site has seen little archaeological activity. The results of this archaeological evaluation are therefore negative.
