Abstract:		 A single trial trench evaluation and subsequent watching brief of ground level reductions across the former stable yard and within the stable building were monitored for the presence of archaeological remains. Evidence of the former interior structural layout of the stable block and a brick-laid floor were revealed as well as the foundations of a former cart shed. No features of archaeological interest were revealed
