Abstract: |
Archaeological watching brief during new drainage scheme in churchyard. (added) Only a limited amount of new information was obtained in relation to the structural development of the church. The watching brief also uncovered two partial in situ burials in a soakaway pit to the north of the tower. The depths of these burials might indicate that they are medieval in date, but this cannot be confirmed as no dating evidence was recovered. |
