Abstract:		 An archaeological watching brief was undertaken by Pre-Construct Archaeology Ltd. at VCD Athletics Club, Old Road, Crayford. The watching brief consisted of the observation and recording of all archaeological deposits encountered during the ground reduction and preparation phase of a new sports pitch, service construction and floodlight insertion. No features of archaeological significance discovered.
