Abstract:		 An evaluation of three trenches was conducted on the site. Although a few struck flints and pieces of burnt flint were present in the sub and topsoils, no conclusive evidence of prehistoric settlement was recorded. No other periods were represented. A natural channel was recorded through the chalk.
