Abstract:		 An archaeological watching brief was commissioned by Plandescil Ltd on behalf of their client William Moorfoot to monitor groundworks during the construction of an ornamental lake at Aisle Valley Farm, Great Witchingham, Norfolk. The stratigraphy encountered suggests that this area has been waterlogged pasture for a significant period. No features or finds of archaeological significance were encountered.
