The abstract describing the content of the publication or report
Abstract:		 The work comprised the recording of test pits excavated in advance of the relining of an existing water pipe. Natural deposits were identified in all but one of the test pits; while most test pits revealed undisturbed stratigraphy except for the pipe trenches; the test pits at the southern end of the park contained features related to the water tower and underground reservoir nearby. The features included the foundations of the probable pumping house for the water tower and a drain and inspection pit possibly to disperse excess water in the reservoir. No other features were recorded on the site.
