Abstract: |
Between July and August 2011 Oxford Archaeology undertook an archaeological watching brief during the construction of a new extension at 3 Thames Street, Wallingford. The watching brief recorded evidence for two phases of medieval occupation on the site including a number of rubbish pits. These were sealed by post-medieval worked soil. No features or dating evidence earlier than the 12th century was observed. |
