Abstract: |
Building record of part of an unusual oval-planned farmstead believed to have been built in 1819 by the Easton Lodge estate. A brick-built barn occupies the northern end, with timber-framed and cob-built outbuilding ranges either side and the brick-built Grade II-listed farmhouse and ancillary buildings to the south. Most of the original layout remains intact apart from the east range that was mostly demolished in the post-war period to construct large pre-fab cow sheds in the former yard.. |
