Abstract: |
Level 3 record of Type 2 'home standard' upgraded version 23-bay hanger close to Woodside Farm and level 1 record of associated temporary brick structures within the development area of a proposed incinerator. Other wartime structures were recorded to level 1 around Sheepcotes Farm on the other side of the runway before demolition to clear the site. The hanger on this side is to remain, but three Nissen huts were demolished as well as unrecorded post-war Marconi structures. |
