Abstract: |
An historic building record of a mid 19th-century public house was prepared prior to its demolition. The core of the original building survived, although its outbuildings had been demolished and rebuilt. Although a small pub, it had been well furnished with bars, and on the first floor incorporated a large function room, with an alcove for musicians and a card or refreshment room adjoining. |
