Abstract: |
Historic building recording and a watching brief were carried out in advance and in during the construction of a new staircase. The boundary wall to the Royal William Yard was recorded along with a further wall attached to the outside of this wall. Four test pits were also monitored. The foundations of the Yard boundary wall were observed in two trenches. No other features were exposed. |
