Abstract:		 Between April and December 2010 an archaeological watching brief was carried out at 22 Mentmore Road, Cheddington, Buckinghamshire, during groundworks for an extension to the existing house. The watching brief revealed some post-medieval pottery fragments, some of the foundations for the recently demolished 20th century garage and some disturbance to the north of the building, which is likely to have been related to the modern building works. No further archaeological finds or features were observed.
