Abstract: |
In September and October 2012 Archaeological Solutions Ltd (AS) carried out a programme of archaeological monitoring and recording at The Red Lodge, Pigs Green, Little Hadham, Hertfordshire. The monitoring was commissioned in compliance with a planning condition attached to planning permission for the construction of an extension to, and refurbishment of the property, and the demolition of an annexe and garage. Red Lodge is situated between two areas of archaeological significance relating to the Roman Hadham ware industry. However, the works revealed no archaeological finds, features or deposits. |
