Abstract:		 GUARD Archaeology Limited were commissioned by Arcus renewable Energy Consulting Ltd acting on behalf of Falck Renewables to undertake an archaeological watching brief during the groundbreaking works at West Browncastle Wind Farm near Stathaven. This work was undertaken between 11th February and 31st July 2013 and revealed some post medieval agricultural activity in the form of a limited area of rig and furrow and some modern field drainage
