Abstract:		 In April 2009, ASC carried out an archaeological watching brief at Sunnyside Cottage, Bay Lane, Ravenstone, Milton Keynes, during groundworks for a new double garage to the west of the cottage. The development area was located directly adjacent to the Scheduled Ancient Monument of Ravenstone Priory. No archaeological finds or features were observed during the watching brief, and a high confidence rating is attached to the results of the fieldwork.
