Abstract:		 The site lay in an area of archaeological potential, just to the south and west of a Scheduled Ancient Monument. However, the only archaeological features were a single undated post hole and a known backfilled modern field boundary. Any archaeological remains would be preserved in-situ by the development, a children's play area. [Au(adp)]
