Abstract:		 The evaluation demonstrated the survival of 'islands' of archaeological deposits and features. It was possible that other features dating to the medieval period, or earlier, also survived along the proposed wall-line of the new building and it was recommended that a watching brief be carried out during groundworks associated with this construction.
