Abstract:		 A programme of archaeological monitoring and recording was conducted during groundworks for the construction of a new house on land to the rear of 19 Riby Road, Keelby. No archaeological features or deposits were encountered, but a small assemblage of unstratified finds were recovered, comprising two sherds of medieval pottery and a flint blade core of Mesolithic or early Neolithic date.
