Abstract:		 In November 2014 Archaeology Wales carried out a watching brief during the excavation of new foundation trenches for an extension of the east side of the Old School House structure. The site is located adjacent to the 13th century church of St Michael and is within the historic medieval core of the village of Edgton. The watching brief was maintained during the excavation of all of the foundation trenches associated with the new development. No finds or features of archaeological interest were located.
