Abstract:		 An archaeological trial trenching evaluation was carried out in advance of development at land off Grange Road, Widdrington Station, Northumberland. No features or deposits of archaeological significance were recorded, confirming the results of the geophysical survey. Field drains and cultivation furrows were found, indicating that the area had been utilized for agricultural purposes.
