The abstract describing the content of the publication or report
Abstract:		 Oxford Archaeology was commissioned to undertake an archaeological watching brief on the excavation of a basement and associated foundations, as well as service trenches for an extension to the existing house. The work was carried out between the 17th and 24th of September 2014. A total of three garden features were found; two were dated to Victorian or later and the other was undatable. There were no remains of archaeological value discovered.
