Abstract:
A resistivity survey and excavation were undertaken within the parterre garden. The geophysical survey detected no early garden features. The excavation of the lower terrace identified 19th century garden features in the form of terracing, concrete reinforced platforms, stairways, fountain basins and two brick vase bases. [Au(abr)]
