Abstract: |
The 2005 excavation uncovered a medieval stone structure at least 1.2m thick, which was tentatively interpreted as a flight of stairs. A possible floor surface was also identified. These features indicated the possibility of a stone building formerly occupying the motte. [Au(adp)] |
