Abstract:		 The work was carried out in advance of the construction of a manege. The earthwork survey was expanded to encompass the entirety of the field within which the development was proposed, and recorded the existence of a south-west to north-east oriented hollow way, several platforms, borrow pits and an infilled pond. No archaeological remains were recorded in the watching brief, perhaps due to the shallow nature of the excavations. [Au(adp)]
