Abstract:
The archaeological watching brief was undertaken along the route of a water main pipeline. The results were that archaeological features dating to between the Bronze Age and the medieval period were recovered. The majority of the archaeology was settlement debris from the late Prehistoric period, in some cases showing reuse through different periods. [AIP]
