Abstract: |
One trench was excavated within the proposed development. Romano-British features, comprising a ditch, a hearth pit and two pits, were identified cutting a layer of weathered natural substrate. These features appeared to have gone into disuse between the late 1st and 3rd centuries, a periods that saw Sea Mills change from a Roman military post to a trading port. [Au(abr)] |
