Abstract:
During the course of the evaluation a number of pits and ditches of Iron Age and Romano-British date were found, together with several Bronze Age features and a small undated cremation. A probable edge was found to the central focus of the settlement as represented by the villa and bathhouse. A number of features contained quantities of Iron Age and Roman pottery. [Au(abr)]
