Abstract: |
The watching brief was undertaken during the construction of a new footpath on the site. The investigation revealed a number of burials which, although undated, were thought to be medieval in origin. One burial was truncated by a later 19th century brick tomb. All of the inhumations were thought to be associated with the nearby Cathedral. [AIP] |
