Abstract:		 A watching brief was undertaken on an area of proposed development. No archaeological features, deposits or finds were identified that pre-dated the mid/late 18th century. It would appear the site has been subjected to a relatively high level of disturbance associated with the construction of 19th century out-buildings and a 1950's subterranean, concrete, petrol tank.
