Abstract:		 A watching brief was undertaken associated with the construction of houses. The buildings demolished to make way for the new development were originally stables. Archaeological remains comprised the footings for these buildings, a hearth and a number of finds almost all of which were of recent date, with some post-medieval pottery sherds. [Au(abr)]
