Abstract:
A watching brief was held over construction groundworks in St Neots. Post-medieval demolition rubble from a terrace of houses was all that was encountered. No features of Saxon or medieval date were identified, possibly because of the shallow depth of the sections which were recorded. A photographic record of a former tannery on the site was also made.
