Abstract:		 Detailed photographic survey of 19th-century Italianate Villa together with associated stables, gatehouse and gardener's cottage in response to planning condition. Survey also extended to a multi-phase group of mid-late 20th-century purpose built school ranges related to the use of the site as an independent girls' school from the 1930s - 2014. Survey undertaken as part of planning process, to accompany previously submitted archaeological DBA and Heritage Impact Assessment.
