The abstract describing the content of the publication or report
Abstract:		 A geophysical (magnetometer) survey covering approximately 2.7 hectares was carried out on the northern outskirts of Stratford-upon-Avon, to inform the determination of an outline planning application for the proposed development of the site. Linear anomalies indicative of ridge and furrow cultivation and magnetic disturbance due to modern activity have been recorded by the survey. No anomalies of archaeological potential have been identified. Therefore, on the basis of the magnetic survey, the archaeological potential of the site is assessed as low, confirming the conclusions of the Archaeological and Heritage Assessment.
