Abstract:		 Two trenches were excavated across a sunken lane of possible medieval date. No dating evidence was recovered. The associated hedgebanks were formed from subsoil excavated from the lane. A feature under one bank may be an earlier boundary feature. A trench was also excavated across the line of a former field boundary. A ditch was exposed, although whether this was associated with the boundary or was an earlier feature is unclear.
